JOB DESCRIPTION A client/employer of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our client's team in Pittsburg, PA. This role is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving technical issues across multiple platforms, ensuring timely escalation and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with ticketing systems, badge provisioning, and access control tools. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Minimum 1 year of experience working with ticket/work order systems. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms. - Basic experience in badge provisioning. PREFERED EXPERIENCE • CCTV system experience
