Insight Global is seeking a Semiconductor System Engineer with deep experience in high-speed networking technologies like Laser Drivers, TIAs, DSPs, and Equalizers. If you're passionate about shaping next-gen products and influencing industry standards, we’d love to connect! 💼 What You’ll Do: • Define next-gen semiconductor products based on customer needs, market trends, and R&D input. • Collaborate closely with R&D teams from design to production. • Create technical materials to support standardization efforts. • Represent the company in industry groups (IEEE, OIF, PCI-SIG, etc.). • Meet with key customers to understand their challenges and promote new solutions. ✅ What You Bring: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years in semiconductor product definition and standardization. • Hands-on experience with networking components (Laser Drivers, TIAs, DSPs, Equalizers). • Strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal circuitry and troubleshooting. • Experience presenting at industry forums (OFC, IEEE, PCIe, etc.). • Familiarity with optical transceivers and fiber optics. • Willingness to travel internationally. 🌟 Bonus Points: • Experience with Macom product lines. • Background in data or fiber optics.
