This role is fully remote however, you must be based out of Texas. Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years of SoftLab experience ○ Building, implementing, support and end-user experience • 2+ years of experience in laboratory information systems • Medical technologist degree (MT, MLT, MLS) ○ Or relevant clinical experience • Experience with Genetics & Bank within Softlab Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with a softlab migration Job Description Insight Global is looking for a candidate to help their client support their existing applications while they migrate their LIS system. The candidate should have two years of experience working with SoftLab in a laboratory information system environment. This candidate will take on tickets, enhancements and break fix of the SoftLab LIS while the client migrates to a new system. You will work with the end users to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct problems related to the application. You will also be partaking in some builds and integrations for the new system.
