Analyze and govern procedural supply revenue integrity by managing charge capture processes, assigning revenue and HCPCS codes, and collaborating across clinical and financial teams.
Must have clinical procedural experience, strong knowledge of hospital charge capture, hands-on Epic OpTime experience, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work remotely.
Title: Revenue Integrity Analyst – Procedural Supply Governance Schedule: M-F Shift: 8:30am-5pm Salary: $81,224 to $117,769.60 based on experience Required: • Must sit out of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, or Ohio • Clinical background, ideally with experience in procedural areas (OR, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or similar). • Strong knowledge of hospital charge capture processes, with experience assigning revenue codes and HCPCS codes to supply items. • Hands-on experience with Epic OpTime and demonstrated understanding of how Epic interfaces with ERP systems. • Proven analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, etc.). • Experience working within Revenue Integrity for charge capture or charge description master (CDM) and/or pricing teams a plus. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to work across clinical and financial teams. • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment (role is 99.9% work from home). Preferred: • RHIA or related health care credential (RN, CPC, CPC-H, CCS, COC) • 3+ years of clinical experience in a procedural/interventional (operating room, cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology lab, GI/endoscopy, interventional radiology) area Compensation: $81,224 to $117,769.60 per year Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
