Manage and drive multiple InfoSec programs and security engineering projects end-to-end, enforce production standards, and lead quarterly planning and execution accountability.
6+ years TPM/program management experience focused on security engineering with strong technical knowledge of security tools and processes, plus ability to manage large cross-functional projects.
The TPM for Security Engineering Production & InfoSec Programs keeps security work moving-quarter after quarter. You will maintain and enforce existing production standards (Jira taxonomy, workflows, ceremonies), drive quarterly planning and execution accountability for operational workloads, run major SecEng projects end-to-end, and own/stand in for priority InfoSec programs such as Security Empowerment, Secure SDLC Foundations, and AI observability & Governance. Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years of TPM/Program Management with a focus on Security Engineering/AppSec/CloudSec and production operations. • Strong technical understanding of Offsec, Purple Teams and Vulnerability management • Proven success running quarterly planning and holding teams to execution in Jira (workflows, automation, reporting). • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple security programs and large cross-functional projects. • Strong data instincts (metrics, dashboards), crisp writing, and executive-level communication • Comfortable with and understand Wiz, Qualys, Snyk, Jira. Understand purpose of CrowdStrike.
