Insight Global is a company seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead two enterprise initiatives focused on foundational data model restructuring and planning optimization. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring system integration, and tracking project health while facilitating stakeholder alignment and change management. Responsibilities • Lead two enterprise initiatives—Foundational Data Model Restructuring and Planning Optimization—impacting systems like Workday, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, HFM, and Oracle Essbase. • Drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and project governance. • Ensure system integration, stakeholder alignment, and smooth change management. • Track project health, risks, budgets, and facilitate status meetings. • Ensure proper handoff and closure with lessons learned. Skills • 10+ years of project management experience • Strong knowledge of Workday, OneStream, Hyperion, HFM, Oracle Essbase • Experience with data modeling, system integration, and EPM tools • Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS DevOps • Agile and traditional PM methodologies • Experience managing finance transformation and multi-system projects • Comfortable managing remote teams and working under pressure • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with foundational data restructuring or planning optimization • Strong business focus and report writing skills Education Requirements • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification • BA background Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
