Strong experience working with data platforms, analytics, and data pipelines. Ability to think in terms of business value, outcomes, and prioritization, not just delivery. Experience partnering closely with data analysts and data engineering teams. Solid understanding of data ingestion, data management, and data readiness concepts. Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment. Strong communication skills and ability to align technical teams with business objectives. Must work EST hours Nice to Have Skills & Experience Prior experience as a data analyst who transitioned into a Product Manager or product-focused role. Experience supporting Medicare or healthcare insurance data platforms. Familiarity with Medicare Stars programs and quality measurement data. Day-to-Day Insight Global is seeing a Product Manager to support a large health insurance client. This role sits within a Medicare Technology Digital Product organization and focuses on a Stars-focused data platform that enables analytics, insights, and decision-making across Medicare initiatives. The Product Manager will work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and platform teams to determine where effort should be invested, ensuring data is ingested, managed, and leveraged in ways that deliver the highest business and member value. This role is less execution-heavy from a Product Owner standpoint, but requires strong product thinking, prioritization, and value-based decision-making. Own product direction and prioritization for a Medicare Stars data platform, determining which data initiatives and efforts deliver the greatest value. Partner with teams of data analysts, data engineers, and platform engineers to guide data ingestion, transformation, and management efforts. Work closely with data teams to ensure data readiness, availability, and quality across multiple data sources. Support Member 360 initiatives, helping ensure comprehensive data is available to support analytics, insights, and downstream decision-making. Think strategically about how data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities can support Stars performance and member experience initiatives. Translate business and analytical needs into clear product direction, balancing technical feasibility with impact and value. Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, analytics, and business teams to align priorities and drive outcomes. Operate in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and complex data dependencies.
