Must-Haves: • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare imaging systems as a Clinical Imaging Analyst, Imaging Analyst or Application Analyst or Clinical Imaging Radiology/PACS Analyst • Ability to perform build, configuration, installation, and validation experience • Strong implementation experience • Multiple clinical imaging applications exposure such as Radiology + Cardiology -> Merge Cardio (HEMO), Change CPACS (Cardio PACS), Radiology (need 1 of these) • Understanding of application workflows, vendor integration touchpoints, and mapping. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 90% remote setting with occasional on-site visits for go lives. Plusses: • PowerScribe (Voice Recognition Tool) • Bachelors Degree Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Clinical Imaging Analysts to support life cycle management imaging systems and 200+ imaging applications across multiple markets. This role combines expertise in evaluating, designing, and implementing imaging technologies with hands-on project support for system enhancements and upgrades. Analysts will ensure optimal functionality of imaging environments (PACS, Voice Recognition, etc.) and act as subject matter experts during implementation and go-live activities. Key Responsibilities • Provide expertise in imaging systems, including PACS and voice recognition tools (e.g., PowerScribe). • Respond to user issues by listening, clarifying, and resolving effectively. • Troubleshoot application problems independently and escalate as needed. • Analyze technical issues and apply knowledge following established procedures. • Participate in project calls and provide timely updates. • Perform system testing and document results accurately. • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation. • Provide go-live and post-go-live support for imaging applications. • Act as a subject matter expert for Clinical Imaging applications during upgrades and implementations. • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
