Job Description: Our client, a small business in the aerospace and defense sector, is seeking an Office Administrator to support executive leadership and daily operations. This role involves managing office inventory, front desk activities, purchasing and finance tasks, executive support, and event planning. Responsibilities include receipt reconciliation, document scanning, supply stocking, order follow-up, and other duties as assigned. Must Haves: • 2-5 years of experience in office administration • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Desire to solve problems independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills • Proficient in time management having multiple tasks • Willing to work on-site in a dynamic environment Plusses: • Familiar and/or proficient with Intuit QuickBooks • Valid driver’s license • Associate or bachelor’s degree
