Full Description

Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a fully remote contract employee to join the team of one of their top healthcare clients as a Member Health Assessor. This individual will be working alongside a team of 20+ individuals and will be responsible for member outreach for the client. They will be reporting information to the Care Coordinators internally based on assessment outcomes and assist with health education for the members, as necessary. Throughout this person’s day to day, they will be responsible for meeting a goal of members reached out to, understand their needs, and help to create a positive experience for all members they come into contact with. They also will maintain documentation properly within an internal system and verify health status for each member. Must Haves: • 2+ years of experience within volunteer or paid position working in community settings with at risk populations • High School Diploma or GED • Customer Service experience • Remote work in the past Plusses: • CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) experience Location: REMOTE- Anywhere in the US Hours: 11:30-8 EASTERN—WILL BE WORKING PST SINCE IT IS IN NEVADA Pay Rate: $15/hr Interview Process: 1 & done 40 minute virtual interviews
