Conduct advanced UX research using text and data analysis methods to support nursing education product development in collaboration with global teams.
Senior level UX research experience with advanced quantitative text analysis skills, ability to work remotely on EST hours, and occasional travel to Philadelphia.
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will prepare the next generation of health professionals by delivering insights that shape our content and assessment tools. You’ll work within an innovation team alongside a UX Designer and UX Strategist, collaborating with global UX researchers across China, India, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. This role involves partnering with two squads, engaging stakeholders, devising research strategies, and conducting studies within sprint cycles. You’ll apply advanced research methodologies—including large-scale text analysis, text mining, sentiment analysis, clustering, and natural language processing—within the context of nursing education and assessments. Responsibilities include synthesizing actionable insights, supporting evaluative research, and contributing to product development through collaboration with product leaders, designers, strategists, and engineering leads. While remote, occasional travel to Philadelphia may be required, and you must work EST hours to align with global teams. Compensation: $40/hr to $48/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
