- Company: Deloitte - Title: SAP Functional Analyst - Supplier Relationship Management - Location: Remote - Duration: 12 months + extensions or conversion - Clearance: Secret, will hold TS if you have it Required Skills & Experience • Secret clearance • 1–3+ years of SAP SRM or procurement/P2P experience • Experience with production support and ticket resolution • Familiarity with master data, workflows, and basic configuration • Exposure to testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Ariba • Exposure to Agile/SAFe environments • Public sector or ERP transformation experience Job Description We are seeking a SAP SRM Functional Analyst to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting SAP SRM operations by resolving tickets, maintaining master data, assisting with basic configuration, and supporting testing and documentation across procurement and supplier collaboration processes. Key Responsibilities • Triage and resolve SRM tickets (shopping carts, approvals, sourcing/bids, supplier records, catalog issues, workflow errors) using runbooks • Validate and maintain SRM master and configuration data, including suppliers, catalogs, approval rules, and procurement structures • Assist with basic configuration (document types, workflows, approval routing, catalog settings) under guidance • Support testing by creating/executing test scripts, logging defects, and validating fixes • Develop user documentation including SOPs, job aids, and training materials • Partner with functional and technical teams to support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement
