About the Role: • We’re partnering with a growing organization in the [industry] sector to hire an HR Generalist with strong experience in leave of absence, benefits administration, employee reviews, and recruiting support. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being a go-to resource for employees while keeping processes compliant and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, company leave policies) and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers. • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee questions. • Coordinate and track performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion and documentation. • Partner with recruiters/hiring managers to support recruiting activities (scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, background checks, onboarding). • Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Assist with HR projects and employee communications as needed. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience. • Demonstrated experience with leave of absence and benefits administration. • Experience supporting performance reviews and recruiting processes. • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer-service mindset.
