HR Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage) Part‑Time | 28–32 hrs/week | Remote (Must live within driving distance of Bridgewater, NJ) March 2nd start date | 5–6 month contract A fast‑growing medical device company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide maternity leave coverage. This role functions as the primary US HR Manager and requires someone confident working independently. Position is fully remote with occasional onsite needs in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities • Serve as HR Manager for ~40 US employees • Manage semi‑monthly payroll in ADP and handle quarterly sales bonus reconciliation. • Support open enrollment, benefits questions, and general employee relations. • Oversee onboarding and 30/60/90‑day check‑ins. • Review and approve T&E expenses (via Expensify). • Support recruiting using LinkedIn Recruiter and coordinate hiring processes. • Prepare employee agreements using established templates. • Attend onsite meetings when C‑level leadership is present. Qualifications • 5+ years HR experience • Preferably 2-3 years in HR Management • Strong ADP and payroll preparation experience required. • Excel proficiency and strong HR systems knowledge. • Able to work independently with minimal oversight. • Must be located within driving distance of Bridgewater, NJ. • Nice to have: Experience in industries such as medical device sales, biotech, pharma, or experience supporting sales teams with incentives/bonuses.
