Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical, detailoriented, and datadriven professional to support a fastpaced ECommerce organization as a Digital & ECommerce Data Analyst. This role is critical in powering the business with timely, accurate insights-supporting weekly analysis, diagnosing performance trends, and enabling leadership with datadriven storytelling. This individual will operate at the intersection of data, business performance, and digital commerce. They will pull data from multiple dashboards and systems, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations that influence crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works with urgency, maintains 80% accuracy at speed, and can translate complex data into clear narratives that drive decisions. Key Responsibilities • Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple dashboards and systems-including those that are not easily accessible-to provide a full view of business and site performance. • Deliver fastturnaround weekly analysis (often within 5 hours) and manage daytoday tasks with peak workload Monday-Thursday. • Build and maintain Excelbased tools, including pivot tables, charts, and performance trackers. • Conduct deepdive analyses on traffic, conversion, product performance, AUR, AOV, promotional impact, and weekoverweek trends. • Diagnose business issues, identify anomalies, and surface insights and opportunities grounded in data logic. • Translate raw data into clear, compelling insights that explain the "why" behind performance shifts, consumer behavior patterns, pricing impacts, and funnel friction. • Provide weekly insights and summaries to support leadership touchpoints and team discussions. • Partner closely with ecommerce, merchandising, planning, marketing, and digital operations teams to support recurring dashboards, adhoc asks, and leadership reporting. • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to answer analytical questions and ensure insights are actionable and accurate. • Navigate and interpret multiple dashboards, applying workarounds where necessary to pull complete data sets. • Pull and analyze data from Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems, internal databases, and marketplace/digital platforms. • Evaluate the full ecommerce funnel (view add to cart checkout purchase) to identify dropoff points and recommend optimizations. • Support forecasting and business planning by partnering with planning teams on traffic, conversion, and key KPI trends. Required Skills & Experience • 2-4+ years of data analytics experience, ideally within retail or ecommerce environments. • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, charts) and handson experience with SQL. • Experience with Adobe Analytics/Omniture required; Google Analytics or similar tools a plus. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work quickly and accurately in ambiguous, fastmoving environments. • Comfortable delivering 80% accuracy with urgency to meet sameday/weekly turnaround expectations. • Ability to interpret data and create clear, compelling storytelling narratives for both technical and nontechnical audiences. • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and a proactive, solutionoriented approach. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional partners. • Comfortable working without stepbystep direction; selfstarter with a cando attitude. Experience working directly in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital performance analytics. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Tableau strongly preferred). • Understanding of ecommerce site behavior analytics (bounce rate, PDP performance, addtocart rates, etc.). • Prior experience supporting weekly business rhythms with tight deadlines and varied daily workloads. • Background in diagnosing data mismatches or navigating complex dashboard ecosystems. • Ability to embed within teams as the "data engine"-identifying trends, supporting weekly asks, and driving insightbased decisions.
