In this role, you will build strong client partnerships and take full ownership of a diverse book of business, managing accounts ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller organizations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional service. This role focuses on client retention, satisfaction, and growth through proactive relationship management and solution-oriented collaboration. You will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, finance and, operations to meet client expectations and maintain performance standards.
