Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Creative Operations (Studio Manager) to support the Jordan Brand Planning & Operations team. This role will build foundational studio processes, manage resourcing, and operationalize creative work across an outsourced-agency model. Key Responsibilities · Stand up and manage Airtable from scratch for resourcing, project intake, and visibility (current studio inputs unknown). · Lead creative operations and studio management across all Jordan Brand creative work. · Review seasonal plans, identify gaps, determine which creatives support which workstreams, and partner closely with Marketing Ops and BPO. · Collaborate with key team members including Eliesa Graham and Arron Kent on Jen’s team. · Direct daily studio flow: prioritization, scheduling, creative reviews, risk identification, and cross-functional alignment. · Define operational fundamentals: creative review process, budget management, tools, workflows, and documentation. · Partner with external agencies to determine the best agency model, manage resourcing, and oversee outsourced production (no internal production arm). · Serve as a thought partner on tools, processes, and overall operational structure for the creative studio. · Collaborate primarily with the Jordan creative side, with select partnerships across Digital and cross-functional teams.
