Pay Rates: $20–$22/hr Duration: 1–3 month contract Start Date: Must start March 2nd JOB DESCRIPTION We’re hiring several Temporary Administrative Assistants / Document Admins for a global construction client of ours to support a large‑scale documentation cleanup project in preparation for an upcoming electronic I‑9 rollout. In this role, you will support multiple U.S. offices by collecting, reviewing, and scanning Form I‑9 employment eligibility documents in preparation of a system upgrade. Responsibilities include: • Collecting and tracking I‑9 documentation from employees across multiple U.S. offices • Scanning, uploading, and organizing documents into designated systems • Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness • Following up with offices and/or employees on missing or incorrect information • Maintaining detailed tracking of outreach, received documents, and outstanding items • Handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality and care, ensuring compliance with federal I‑9 requirements This position involves high‑volume, repetitive administrative work and is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, consistency, and precision. Qualifications • Previous experience in document control or data entry • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high‑volume tasks • Highly organized, reliable, and deadline‑driven • Strong communication skills and professionalism • Comfortable handling confidential employee information • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite, Monday–Friday
