Full Description

Job Description As an Accounting Manager, you'll oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while supporting the senior accounting team. Your day-to-day will include reviewing financial statements, analyzing general ledger activity, and ensuring timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes. You'll review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, as well as monitor fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure requests for compliance. Managing SOX-related documentation, preparing analyses for income statements and balance sheets, and handling ad-hoc reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll support audits, assist with 1099 and W-2 reporting, and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and efficiency across the accounting function.
