Join us as our full-time Integrator/COO. Your mission: turn vision into action, build strong systems, and lead our team with steady, grounded operational excellence. Job Title: Integrator / Chief Operating Officer Company: Dr. Katie Deming (Inside Out Inc) Employment: Full Time, Remote Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 per year depending on experience Start Date: ASAP Overview The integrator is the operational backbone of Katie’s fasting and healing company. They turn Katie’s vision into clear plans, build the systems that keep the business stable, and ensure the team executes with consistency. They bring calm, structure, and accountability so Katie can stay in her zone of genius supporting fasters and creating transformational content. Responsibilities • Translate Katie’s ideas into executable operational plans • Build and refine systems inside Monday, Practice Better, and SOPs • Manage and support team members • Oversee project timelines and deliverables • Lead weekly business rhythms including priorities and KPIs • Ensure smooth delivery of the fasting program • Own hiring and onboarding for new team members • Maintain alignment across operations, marketing, customer experience, and finances • Anticipate issues and proactively solve problems Qualifications • Experience as an Integrator, COO, DOO, or Operations Manager • Strong organizational skills • Strong systems thinker • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience in health or wellness preferred • Experience in Monday, Practice Better, project management, and SOP creation preferred • Calm, grounded, emotionally steady • Thrives in a fast-paced, environment • Remains calm and focused in times of change and pivots within the business Ideal candidate • Brings order to chaos • Loves building systems and managing teams • Supports a visionary by providing structure and follow-through • Steady and intuitive • Holds the business confidently so Katie can focus on healing work Hours This is a full-time 40 hour position M-F with set meetings throughout the week in Pacific Timezone.
