We are looking for a full-time self-motivated and result-oriented Growth Product Manager who will support our Client Growth team by impacting on how we monetize our product, improve self-serve PLG funnel conversion and collaborating with different team members and the company's departments. We organize our marketing and growth work into: Fuel (Content & Brand) – the stories, visuals, and creative Engine (Growth Marketing & PLG) – the funnels, channels, and experiments that drive revenue Foundation (Product Marketing) – the audience, market, and product understanding You’ll own a critical part of the Engine. As Growth Product Manager – Pricing, Monetization & PLG, you’ll be responsible for the levers that directly impact revenue: How we monetize the product (pricing & packaging) How users move through the self-serve PLG funnel (sign-up → activation → upgrade → expansion) The experiments we run to improve conversion, ARPU, and LTV You’ll report into the CRO, collaborate closely with Product, and work tightly with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and CX. 📍This role is open to anyone based in CET Time Zone ⏰ You must be available every working day between 9 am and 1 pm EST. Who we are looking for Required: Professional spoken and written English. 4–7+ years in a Growth PM, Product Manager, data-driven Product Marketing, or similar revenue-focused role in B2B SaaS or marketplaces Hands-on experience with PLG or self-serve funnels, experimentation, and improving activation/conversion. Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with SQL/BI tools or equivalent, alongside product analytics. Experience with or strong interest in pricing and packaging strategy. Able to work across functions and influence without formal authority; you enjoy aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales around experiments. You like owning a measurable piece of the revenue engine and iterating quickly Bonus points: Experience in creator, influencer, or marketing tech. Prior work on usage-based or hybrid pricing model. Responsibilities 1. Pricing & Monetization Own the pricing and packaging strategy for Insense (plans, limits, feature access, add-ons). Define and validate value metrics (what we charge for and how usage scales). Analyze performance of current pricing (conversion, ARPU, churn, upgrades) and propose improvements. Design and run pricing experiments (e.g., new plan structures, trials, credits, usage limits), and measure impact. 2. PLG Funnel Ownership Own the self-serve funnel for key user paths: Sign-up → first value → activation Activation → paid conversion Paid → expansion/upsell Identify drop-offs and opportunities along the funnel and prioritize experiments accordingly. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to implement changes across onboarding flows, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and in-app nudges. 3. Experimentation & Analytics Define hypotheses, experiment designs, and success metrics for pricing and PLG initiatives. Use product analytics and revenue data to understand cohort behavior, conversion, and retention. Build simple dashboards and reports (with analytics support where needed) to track impact on revenue, usage, and funnel performance. Synthesize learnings and share clear recommendations with leadership and stakeholders. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Head of Product & PMs: ensure pricing and PLG experiments align with roadmap, UX, and technical constraints. Product Marketing (Foundation): align on positioning and messaging of pricing and PLG changes. Marketing (Fuel & Engine): align experiments with campaigns, web changes, and lifecycle marketing. Sales & CX: gather feedback from customers and prospects on pricing, packaging, and friction points. 5. Customer & Market Insight Conduct research and analyze feedback to understand perceived value, willingness to pay, and decision drivers. Track competitor pricing models and PLG motions in SaaS/MarTech/creator tools. Use these insights to inform tests on plans, free tiers, trials, and upgrades.
