We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior PPC / SEM Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our lead generation efforts. Our campaigns generate leads and calls in water damage restoration, roofing, plumbing, electrical, asbestos, mold and many other home service categories. Position Overview: As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our PPC strategy, manage campaigns across various platforms, and utilize data-driven insights to enhance performance and ROI. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, etc.) with a primary focus on lead generation. • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to optimize campaign performance. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage data to refine strategies, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals. • Work with our Conversion Rate Optimization team to improve economics. • Provide insightful reports and recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance and optimization strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Math, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a lead generation-focused capacity. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms; certifications are a plus. • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data. • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
