Part-Time Client Success & Project Coordinator 📍 Remote | ⏰ Part-time, Hourly We’re looking for a Client Success & Project Coordinator to support both client experience and day-to-day project coordination within our digital marketing agency. This role is client-facing and relationship-focused, with responsibility for keeping clients informed, engaged, and supported, while also helping projects move forward internally. You’ll work closely with the Owner (acting as Lead Project Manager) to support delivery, communication, reporting, and ongoing client retention efforts. This is a support and coordination role, not a senior strategy or leadership position. What You’ll Do: Client Success & Retention • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our work • Proactively check in with clients and maintain consistent touchpoints (status updates, progress, timelines, etc) • Send scheduled reports, updates, and summaries • Assist with client enrichment tasks such as: • Monthly recap emails • Performance summaries (prepared from existing data/templates) • Process reminders and next-step communications • Help identify early signs of dissatisfaction and flag concerns • Support client retention by keeping communication clear, timely, and proactive Project Coordination (Support-Level) • Create tasks using pre-defined templates • Assign tasks to appropriate team members • Track deadlines and task progress • Follow up internally to ensure deliverables stay on track • Keep project boards, notes, and documentation organized • Flag delays, blockers, or scope concerns early • Support the owner by handling task admin and follow-ups Internal Coordination • Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team • Ensure clean handoffs between communication and execution • Reduce unnecessary back-and-forth for leadership • Keep records of client communication and updates organized What We’re Looking For • Someone experienced and interested in the digital marketing industry/marketing/PR • Strong written communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable with client-facing responsibility • Emotionally intelligent and proactive • Able to follow and create SOPs, templates, and systems • Experience in client success, customer service, or coordination roles • Agency or service-based business experience preferred • Familiarity with reporting tools and project management platforms is a plus
