Full Description

About the Role InnoVyne is looking for a Solutions Marketing Specialist to help us bring our Sales Performance Management (SPM) offerings to market with clarity, confidence, and creativity. This is a hybrid role that sits across marketing, product storytelling, and partner engagement. This is a great next step for someone with solid B2B marketing experience who's ready to go deeper in a specialized, fast-moving space. You'll report to our Marketing Manager and work closely with Sales, Services, and Customer Success to shape how we position and communicate our solutions. You're comfortable in front of people whether that's on a webinar, in a partner meeting, or walking a prospect through a demo. You know how to write content that's strategic, not just pretty. You use AI as a productivity tool but bring your own thinking and voice to everything you create. If you're the kind of person who can read a room, simplify the complex, and get things done without waiting to be told exactly how, you'll fit right in here. At a Glance Location: Hybrid — Ontario, Canada Duration: Full Time Start Date: Immediate Reports To: Marketing Manager Compensation: $74,000 - $102,000 Travel: Occasional — client meetings, partner events, and webinars What You'll Do Go-to-Market & Positioning • Support GTM planning and execution for InnoVyne's products and services, from initial positioning through to launch and post-launch content. • Develop and refine messaging that speaks clearly to customer outcomes, competitive differentiation, and business value. • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to sharpen positioning and inform campaign strategy. Content & Storytelling • Create strategic content across formats: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution overviews, blog posts, and social content. • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives (webinars, workshops, etc.) and campaign messaging that reflects InnoVyne's expertise in the SPM space. • Use AI tools to accelerate content production, but bring your own strategic thinking, voice, and editorial judgment to the final product. Sales Support & Demo Readiness • Partner with Sales and subject matter experts to support prospect conversations, solution walkthroughs, and product demos. • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and presentation templates. • Help Sales and Services teams communicate our value in ways that resonate with real buyer pain points. Webinars & Partner Marketing • Help plan and execute webinars end-to-end: topic development, speaker coordination, content creation, and post-event follow-up. • Support partner-facing marketing initiatives and relationship-building with InnoVyne's partner ecosystem. • Represent InnoVyne at select in-person events, client meetings, and partner activities. What We're Looking For You're probably a good fit if you have: • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, solutions/product marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, or a customer-facing GTM role. • Experience working in or around enterprise software. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable learning how complex platforms work and explaining them simply. • Strong writing skills with real strategic instincts: you can produce polished content and you understand why each piece exists in the broader marketing mix. • Comfort presenting to people: demos, webinars, internal reviews, partner calls. You don't need to be a sales guru, but you need to show up well. • A practical, hands-on working style: you can think strategically and execute independently without needing every detail mapped out for you. • Ability to travel occasionally to the US for events, partner activities, and customer engagements. Bonus points if you have: • Familiarity with SPM platforms such as Varicent, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or similar solutions or adjacent ecosystems. • Experience in a role that blends marketing and pre-sales or technical sales support. • Experience running or supporting webinar programs and partner marketing initiatives. • A track record of marketing AI-enabled products in plain, business-friendly language without leaning on the hype. Who We Are InnoVyne is a tight-knit team of people who genuinely like working together. We celebrate wins (and lots of holidays), play board games at lunch, and take the time to properly onboard every person who joins us. This role will be fully supported from day one. You'll be working directly with our Marketing Manager and have access to the subject matter expertise across our team. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we expect you to be curious, communicative, and committed to doing great work. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you.
