Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for the successful definition, execution and maintenance of the project plan for all assigned client initiatives, typically during the onboarding phase of the client lifecycle. They work closely with Innovu’s Technical and Distribution teams to ensure projects follow established processes/guidelines to successfully onboard client data and meet client expectations. The Project Manager coordinates with multiple parties, including external clients and their vendors, as well as close and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, including executive sponsors, as well as distribution, delivery, and servicing teams. As the project lead for this cross-functional team, the Project Manager develops and refines project delivery guidelines to ensure alignment and accountability across all stakeholder. Responsibilities • Understands both business and partner objectives and translates those into a well-defined project strategy with measurable goals in alignment with established processes • Aligns internal stakeholders on business and partner objectives for high visibility projects • Leads cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies and identify and resolve project blockers • Manages the planning and execution stages of the project for external stakeholders • Monitors the successful and timely onboarding of client data by Innovu’s implementation team to ensure achievement of project goals • Continuous monitoring of project metrics to evaluate the success of the project plan and effectiveness of the approach • Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks across all levels of the organization, following established project escalation processes • Sets and maintains appropriate delivery expectations across internal and external stakeholders, inclusive of regular project updates • Using established processes, track, document, and record key project information and progress toward milestones Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of planning and managing project initiatives, particularly those of a complex or technical nature • Experience in managing simultaneous client projects (up to 60) and coordinating cross-project tasks and dependencies • Experience in managing high visibility projects • Experience in a client-facing role including interaction with external stakeholders spanning all levels of an organization • Relationship builder, adept at developing and maintaining internal and external working relationships • Experience with project management tracking and reporting tools, including Smartsheet and Jira • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce high quality client-facing deliverables • Able to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and balance competing priorities • Comfort in working with skilled analysts assigned to your initiatives to support prioritization of assigned tasks and escalations to satisfy external dependencies • Demonstrates curiosity and an ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes • Approaches all work with a positive team-based/collaborative mentality • Self-motivated and dependable Additional Considerations • Hands-on experience with claims data and/or other types of healthcare-related data • Prior experience in the benefits consulting, insurance, and/or pharmaceutical industry • Work experience in a fast-paced environment focused on growth • Previous experience supporting SaaS-based product delivery What We Offer • Flexible work arrangements • Collaborative work environment • Growth and advancement opportunities • Low cost medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan with an employer match • Company paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage • Paid time off • 13 paid holidays including flexible holidays • Paid parental leave • And more!
