The Eastern-Western Business Unit Managers will report directly to the CEO. We are introducing these newly created roles to accelerate market penetration and anticipate that the results will pave the way for sustainable, long-term growth. As the new business unit leaders, you will have direct control over the unit's strategic direction, which will be the primary driver of revenue growth and market expansion. Requirements: 5+ years of surgical commercial selling in an operating environment Demonstrated experience developing and commercial plans that align with overall company goals Experience in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence Managing a business unit's financial performance, including budget management Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and mentoring teams Note to employment agencies: We are not engaging with employment agencies at this time.
