Our products marketed in the U.S. include: * GIAPREZA® (angiotensin II) is a vasoconstrictor to increase blood pressure in adults with septic or other distributive shock. * XACDURO® (sulbactam for injection; durlobactam for injection) is a new treatment designed specifically to treat hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia (HABP) and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia (VABP) caused by susceptible strains of bacteria called Acinetobacter baumannii-calcoaceticus complex in adults. * XERAVA® (eravacycline) is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat patients with complicated intra-abdominal infections (cIAI). * ZEVTERA® (ceftobiprole) is a newly approved advanced-generation cephalosporin antibiotic and the only FDA-approved cephalosporin specifically designed to treat adult patients with Staphylococcus aureus bloodstream infections (bacteremia) including those with right-sided infective endocarditis. In addition, Zevtera is approved in adult patients with acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI), and adult and pediatric patients (3 months to less than 18 years old) with community-acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP).     Position Overview The Sr. IT Project Manager (PM)- Business Relationship Management (BRM) is responsible for managing the engagement between multiple business functions and IT to identify and deliver business technology solutions that improve business performance, address business problems and opportunities and align with strategic company objectives.  This role will directly support the multiple functions/departments and systems.  The Sr. IT PM/BRM serves as a trusted advisor to the key business functions and stakeholders within their scope, to deliver Information Technology solutions that are fit for purposes.  Key responsibilities * Serve as trusted advisor to multiple business units and provide strategic consulting as the primary point-of-contact and interface between key business stakeholders. * Provide project leadership to internal and external resources throughout the lifecycle of strategic IT/Business projects.  * Responsible for intake, prioritization, tracking and reporting of projects, while adhering to Project Management and company best practices and policies. * Provide IT System Administration of the department business systems, including account and license management, manage and maintain system/vendor contracts, associated Standard Operating Procedures and Runbooks, and IT change control processes related to associated business system changes. Education and experience:  * BA/BS in a business or a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, accounting). * 4+ years of experience and/or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Project Management Certification or demonstrated experience of disciplined project management practice highly desired. Skills and qualifications: * Experience interfacing and communicating with Executives about Information Technology solutions and projects. * Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems. * Identify opportunities for business operational efficiency and drive to specific metrics for business cost saving and value creation based on the IT portfolio or new initiatives.  This may include automation or integration opportunities. * Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to build strong relationships; possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Interfacing with all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to C-suite executives. * Facilitating innovation in business process and technical solution delivery. * Experience with systems such as the Veeva Quality/RIM/eTMF/CRM, Salesforce, Box.com/Egnyte/SharePoint content storage/sharing systems, Smartsheet * Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) auditing and reporting.   The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.  They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of employees assigned to this position.
