Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking, detail-oriented Epic Healthy Planet Analyst who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive improved patient outcomes. This individual will serve as a critical bridge between clinical, operational, and technical teams—ensuring Epic’s Compass Rose and Healthy Planet tools are optimized to support value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, population health, and Epic’s analytical capabilities, thriving in a collaborative healthcare environment. Qualifications • Must have: 1-3 years of hands-on experience setting up, designing, build, testing, and maintain Epic Healthy Planet registries, dashboards, and reports to support population health and clinical initiatives • Configuring functionality, training end users, supporting Go-Live, and performing maintenance/troubleshooting EPIC Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications • Experience collaborating with clinical teams, operational departments, IT/informatics teams, and external vendors • Proficiency with Epic Care Everywhere and familiarity with interoperability workflows • Tracking quality metrics, identifying care gaps, and reporting • Exposure to CMS programs or value-based care models (Medicare/Medicaid) Duties • Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Healthy Planet registries, dashboards, and reports to support population health and clinical initiatives • Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to align Epic tools with care delivery goals and organizational priorities • Support Compass Rose implementations or ongoing optimization efforts, ensuring interoperability and performance • Translate business and clinical needs into technical requirements for Epic configuration and reporting • Conduct data analysis to support quality improvement, care gap closure, and CMS-related program compliance • Collaborate across a matrixed structure including care management, informatics, finance, scheduling, and external vendors • Participate in Epic upgrade planning, testing, and deployment as needed Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Experience: • Epic Compass Rose: 1 year (Required) • Go-Live support: 1 year (Required) • Build / configuration/ maintenance of EPIC Healthy Planet : 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
