Innover Global is seeking a highly skilled AEM Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will lead UI development initiatives, create seamless user experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AEM-based web solutions. Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of front-end components for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications. • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate UI/UX concepts into responsive, high-performing web interfaces . • Build and enhance custom AEM components, templates, and dialogs using modern front-end frameworks. • Utilize Java, jQuery, Vanilla JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3 to create dynamic and reusable UI components. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility , accessibility , and performance optimization across all front-end deliverables. • Maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code , adhering to best practices in UI architecture and version control. • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the AEM front-end framework. Skills • 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI development with a strong focus on AEM front-end integration. • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or higher), including component development and AEM authoring tools. • Strong programming background in Java, jQuery, Vanilla JS, React, and CSS. • Proven ability to lead UI teams, define front-end standards, and deliver high-quality web solutions. • Experience working in agile environments with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
