Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Wallingford, CT & Bristol, CT Job Type: Full Time We are seeking a Quality Engineer for growing team. He/ She is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across aerospace precision manufacturing operations. This role partners with manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and a Zero Defects / Right First Time culture. The Quality Engineer plays a key role in quality planning, problem resolution, and the ongoing enhancement of Quality Management Systems. Key Responsibilities • Analyze product and process data to drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Inspection Plans, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and FAIR (AS9102). • Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities and support MRB and nonconformance management. • Serve as the quality interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. • Support new product/process launches and ongoing operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications • Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing quality. • Strong knowledge of AS9100, customer specifications, and quality tools. • Excellent attention to detail and customer requirement interpretation skills.
