Job Title: EHR Healthcare Project Manager Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Key Responsibilities • Manage the full project lifecycle using the hybrid project approach (Agile + traditional) • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation • Organize and archive project artifacts in State-designated repositories • Facilitate project activities, meetings, and workshops (status, risk/issue, backlog grooming, release planning, change review) • Produce weekly project status reports, risk/issue logs, decision logs, and action item logs • Lead change management activities and ensure scope/schedule/budget changes follow governance approval • Engage with project sponsors, stakeholders, and governance committees to support decision-making • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and gain State approval • Conduct project closeout and lessons learned sessions Required Skills & Qualifications • PMP Certification • HIPAA Training • Experience managing EHR (Electronic Health Records) or healthcare IT projects • Knowledge of Agile and hybrid project management practices • Experience working with government agencies or Medicaid-related projects • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Experience with project scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Azure DevOps • Ability to track project financials, risks, and issues • Background check clearance required
