Lead full-cycle recruitment, develop and administer HR policies and systems, oversee compensation and benefits, promote employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance.
5+ years progressive HR experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation, HR compliance knowledge, HRIS/ATS implementation, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies • Develop people operations policies, handbooks, performance management systems • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance • Promote employee engagement, training, development, and wellness programs • Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making • Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership and teams • Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness (labor laws, OSHA, EEO) • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred) • Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation • Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices • Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence in resolving conflicts • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) • Short Term & Long Term Disability • Wellness Resources
