Job Requirements Manager of Data Analytics (Remote) Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights across clinical, operational, and financial domains. This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics leader who thrives in fast-paced, regulated healthcare environments and has a track record of driving impact through data. What you’ll do • Lead and mentor a team of analysts; guide daily priorities and long-term development. • Oversee multiple concurrent data projects supporting clinical operations, finance, and executive leadership. • Own data accuracy, validation, and QA standards across deliverables. • Analyze complex healthcare data sets, including claims, clinical, and patient-level data. • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau. • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, IT, and external partners to support strategic decision-making. • Continuously evaluate and implement analytics best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake). • Support value-based care, risk adjustment, and reimbursement model analysis. What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. • 5+ years of hands-on advanced SQL experience with large-scale data systems. • 5+ years of experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau. • Hands-on experience working with healthcare data (clinical, claims, revenue cycle). • Skilled in working with both structured and unstructured datasets. • Familiarity with Azure Data Lakes, Microsoft Fabric, or similar cloud data environments. • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Comfort working independently in a remote setting and balancing multiple projects.
