ONLY W2, NO C2C Senior .NET Backend Developer (with Azure Cloud) Location: East Hartford, CT (REMOTE) 6 months contract Senior .NET Backend Developer with Azure Cloud experience to join a core development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern cloud platforms. This role requires strong backend development expertise, experience with Angular, Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases. We are looking for a reliable professional who is technically strong and demonstrates an excellent cultural fit. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key member of the core development team and participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Contribute to application design, architecture, and technical solution development. Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs. Design and develop scalable backend services and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment. Develop and optimize database objects including stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, views, materialized views, and database links. Integrate applications using REST APIs, XML, and JSON. Implement Azure Active Directory authentication, including Azure AD B2B and B2C. Develop and deploy applications using Azure App Services and Azure Functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
