Full-Stack Engineer / AI-Assisted Developer (Healthcare Systems) Mandarin fluency required for active technical collaboration. Innovation Discovery Center (IDC) partners with healthcare organizations to build and deploy AI-enabled clinical systems, combining engineering rigor, clinical expertise, and real-world deployment experience across U.S. and China cloud environments. Your Role • Build and maintain full-stack components for clinical and health data systems • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and testing • Collaborate with cross-border engineering teams across U.S. and China cloud environments • Contribute to modular, scalable application architecture • Support sandbox and development environment setup for rapid prototyping and deployment What We’re Looking For • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and comfort working within China’s developer ecosystem • Experience with modern backend and frontend development frameworks • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Replit AI, or similar) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Interest in healthcare, clinical systems, or data-driven applications English proficiency is helpful but not required. Our team supports bilingual collaboration and translation where needed.
