About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a major California-based utility leading one of the most ambitious infrastructure modernization programs in the nation — a multi-year initiative to enhance reliability, reduce wildfire risk, and strengthen community safety. As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects that support critical electric operations. This position sits at the intersection of program delivery, vendor management, and data-driven performance oversight. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence, transparency, and timely execution across complex, high-visibility projects. What You’ll Do • Lead multiple small to mid-size infrastructure and operations projects from initiation to completion. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party contractors to ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery. • Oversee contract execution and collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams on vendor partnerships. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor program performance and drive data-based decisions. • Prepare and present project performance reports and insights for business reviews. • Support strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance program efficiency. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred). • 6+ years of relevant project or program management experience, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or operations. • Strong skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and dashboard development (Power BI expertise preferred). • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement workflows. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities — comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional teams. • Highly organized, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. • PMP certification and/or knowledge of LEAN or Continuous Improvement principles is a plus.
