Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in enabling all aspects of service delivery by acting as a liaison between the Services team and clients. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication, efficient service execution, and fostering strong client relationships to support project success. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and oversee service engagement activities to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. - You will identify and resolve service delivery issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with client needs. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to enhance service capabilities. - You will assist in developing and implementing process improvements to optimize service engagement. - You will manage documentation and maintain accurate records of service interactions and outcomes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management, client engagement, or a related supervisory role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with CRM and project management software. - Certification in service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Previous experience managing remote teams.
