What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee all aspects of service engagement to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client requirements. - You will monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. - You will resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members. - You will prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders. - You will contribute to process enhancements to optimize service workflows. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration tools. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Prior experience supervising or leading service teams. - Knowledge of project management software and CRM systems.
