Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily service engagement activities to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and escalate when necessary. - You will monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to maintain high service standards. - You will manage client feedback and work collaboratively to enhance service satisfaction. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations throughout service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional activities. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Project management certification or experience. - Previous experience supervising remote teams.
