What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee all aspects of service engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize service workflows. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on engagement progress to stakeholders. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will support contract management activities and ensure compliance with service agreements. - You will mentor and guide team members to enhance their performance and professional growth. - You will assist in preparing documentation and presentations for client meetings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service delivery frameworks and contract management. - Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. - Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) methodologies such as ITIL. - Background in technology consulting or professional services. - Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) or service management.
