What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service delivery frameworks and performance monitoring tools. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for service improvement. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. - Familiarity with contract management and compliance processes. - Background in technology or consulting services. - Certification in service management (e.g., ITIL) or project management (e.g., PMP).
