Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication, efficient service execution, and fostering strong client relationships to support project success. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and supervise service engagement activities to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. - You will identify and resolve service delivery issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with client needs. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to enhance service capabilities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to analyze service delivery data and implement improvements. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. - Familiarity with project management software such as Jira or Asana. - Background in the technology or consulting industry. - Certification in ITIL or related service management frameworks.
