Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive project success. What You'll Do: - You will facilitate communication between the Services team and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - You will oversee the scheduling and coordination of service activities to maintain timely and efficient operations. - You will monitor service performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - You will manage escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements throughout service delivery. - You will assist in preparing reports and documentation related to service engagements. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to handle escalations and resolve conflicts diplomatically. - Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Certification in service management (e.g., ITIL) or project management (e.g., PMP). - Previous experience supervising remote teams.
