Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between service teams and clients. Your primary purpose is to enable all aspects of service delivery by acting as a liaison, facilitating engagement, and driving operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will act as the primary point of contact between service teams and clients to ensure clear communication and expectations. - You will coordinate service delivery activities to meet client requirements and timelines. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on key engagement indicators. - You will identify and resolve service delivery issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and workflows. - You will support the onboarding and training of new service team members. - You will manage client feedback and implement improvements based on insights. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with contract management and compliance standards. - Certification in service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Previous experience supervising or leading service teams.
