Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive project success. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee all aspects of service engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear and consistent communication. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns promptly. - You will monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to maintain high service standards. - You will prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and risks. - You will collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client requirements and company goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar). - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
