What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service engagement, project management, or a related supervisory role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration tools. - Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and client relationship management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or service management (ITIL). - Knowledge of CRM software and service engagement platforms. - Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
