Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive project success. What You'll Do: - You will oversee daily service engagement activities to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and escalate when necessary. - You will monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports to inform stakeholders. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to maintain high service standards. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will manage client expectations and ensure alignment with service agreements. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve service excellence. - Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with contract management and compliance. - Certification in ITIL or related service management frameworks. - Previous experience managing remote teams.
