Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do: - You will act as the main point of contact between the Services team and clients to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution. - You will oversee the daily operations of service engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align service activities with client requirements. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on key indicators to stakeholders. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will manage escalations and work proactively to resolve client concerns. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to maintain high service standards. - You will contribute to the development of service engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve service excellence. - Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with contract management and service level agreements (SLAs). - Certification in service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Previous experience supervising remote teams.
