Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee all aspects of service engagement to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear and consistent communication. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and escalate concerns when necessary. - You will monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports to inform stakeholders. - You will support the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives. - You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. - You will provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance. - You will assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional activities. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
