Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do: - You will act as the main point of contact between the Services team and clients to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution. - You will oversee the daily operations of service engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources and priorities for service projects. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will manage escalations and work proactively to resolve client concerns. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members. - You will contribute to the development of service engagement strategies and documentation. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional projects. - Experience with service delivery metrics and performance monitoring. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with CRM and service management software. - Project management certification (PMP or equivalent). - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
